Sam Gaunt, zeno’s Head of Content and Delivery and the lead and chair of zeno’s Wellbeing Champions Network said: “We are always thinking about ways we can innovate and share knowledge to support and improve people’s overall whole-person health. We know that wellbeing at work is about so much more than free fruit and an annual wellbeing day. Creating cultures that truly support wellbeing every day of the year is a big challenge, but it’s one that we can tackle together by sharing knowledge from across the network on what works, and what doesn’t, for different organisations.
“We want to enable those with a passion for wellbeing and for helping others to inspire change by working together as a network. We believe we have the right solution which can inspire and empower those in other organisations to help make wellbeing a significant part of organisational culture.”
zeno uses data driven consultancy to create evidence-based company specific technology and services strategies. Recognising that managing our own health can be difficult; with changes and challenges all the time. With this new network, zeno wants to create something that can have a genuine impact on individuals and companies alike. By leading with education and a teamship approach, the fast-track company believes this can be part of the plan to tackle health and wellbeing issues; putting prevention at the core of its strategy.
Lawrence Cramer said of the launch: “Good health and wellbeing has never been so important and it’s vital to make sure all generations benefit. When done right, the positive impact it can have on communities, families and relationships is mind-blowing. And it’s here that this Champions Network intervention can change lives. I am honoured to be the executive sponsor and be in a position to work with Sam, the zeno team and the network of champions to bring something new and trailblazing to the corporate and property sectors.”
