zeno has united some of the UK’s leading brands to launch an innovative new health and wellbeing network which will make a genuine impact on the health of communities and stakeholder groups whilst demonstrating value and organisational impact.
zeno brings together leading brands such as Inspired Villages, Leeds Rhinos, Global Aerospace, Morgan King, Sagars Accountancy and the Institute of Civil Engineers to create The Wellbeing Champions Network, a collaborative wellbeing group to shift the dial on health and happiness in the workplace, residential communities and beyond.
More than ten leading brands have all signed up as founding members of zeno’s Wellbeing Champions Network™, which is a network of like-minded individuals from a range of different organisations, who will work in collaboration to help share insights and support each other to create healthy and happy communities.
zeno is looking to shake the dust off the tired ways of operating in the health and wellbeing space and wants to put prevention at the heart of strategy and provision.
Spear-heading this innovative initiative with zeno is Lawrence Cramer, People and Culture Director at Inspired Villages, part of the Legal & General Group.
Lawrence is renowned for leading forward-thinking people strategies that puts people at the heart of it. By instilling a sense of purpose, the company’s mission and values are embedded within the culture at Inspired, and with Lawrence’s drive to improve business performance, it should be no surprise that Inspired is number 66 in theTop 100 Best Large Companies to Work for list, organised by independent expert Best Companies.
The Wellbeing Champions Network will bring together representatives, peers and colleagues from many different organisations to work together to deliver positive change. It will support a positive culture and provide participants within the network the tools, support and best practice they need to implement the very best health and wellbeing provision that contributes to improving all four pillars of health – mental, social, financial and physical health.
The group will meet monthly to share ideas, best practice and science/research-led solutions, as well as benefiting from zeno’s extensive network of world-class educators and subject experts, helping members to not only plan an effective wellbeing strategy, but to execute and implement it efficiently.
Members will gain access to the best in wellbeing content, discovering strategies that span across job types, work locations, and demographics to implement initiatives effectively, as well as improving and facilitating the recruitment and retention of top talent with their organisation.
